When you write to us via the contact form we process the data you provide: name, email, event type and message.

The sole purpose is to handle and respond to your request. We do not use this data for unsolicited marketing.

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form and accept this policy.

4. Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and, thereafter, for any legally required periods. Once no longer needed, it is deleted.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We rely on providers acting as data processors:

Vercel Inc. — website hosting and form processing.
Resend — delivery of the contact email.
Umami — cookieless web analytics, self-hosted by the owner.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@somfaru.com, stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
